Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of CubeHueSort, provided by ANSSOFT. By installing or using the game, you agree to these terms and the applicable app marketplace terms.

License

ANSSOFT grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Gameplay and virtual items

Levels, progress, scores, and virtual coins are gameplay features only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not property or currency. Game content and balancing may change with updates.

Purchases

If a version of the game offers purchases, they are processed by the app marketplace and are subject to its payment and refund rules. ANSSOFT does not directly receive your payment-card details.

Intellectual property

The game, artwork, software, name, and related content are owned by ANSSOFT or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability and liability

The game is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, ANSSOFT does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Termination

This license ends if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence.
